What do we need to do to get ready for a service?

Always make sure there is plenty of parking so we can back up with ease and excess to the home or business.

Tuck in drapes and bedspreads.

Pick up or move as much furniture as needed. We do moving and relocation of furniture but it is an additional service. If you need us to move furniture let us know ahead of time. If you need us to move any furniture be sure to remove any novelty items, breakables etc off end tables, coffee tables, desk etc.

Most important is a good thorough vacuuming before we arrive.

How long does it take for the carpet to dry?

For hot water extraction it depends on air circulation. The more air circulation the quicker the dry time. Carpet needs to be dry in 6-8 hours but should not exceed 24 hours.

Encapsulation Low Moisture Cleaning is dry within 1-2 hours
